Return & Refund Policy

Hi-Fi Hits CANNOT give cash or credit card refunds.

A receipt must accompany all exchanges.

Exchanges must be made within 8 days of purchase date.

Open merchandise is non-returnable unless item is a manufactured defect. The defective item will be exchanged for the same item. If the item is not in stock, a due bill will be issued for STORE CREDIT.

All vinyl and vinyl accessories are final sale only.

Please note, if an item is purchased online then returned, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.

Selling Your Collection FAQs

Interested in selling part or even all of your collection? Great!

Hi-Fi Hits is always interested in collecting new goods, but we are selective in what we buy. The condition, title, and our current inventory all influence our buying decision.

What do we buy from you?

We mostly buy vinyl records, some CDs or music DVDs, vintage toys or games, and other pop culture items. If you’re not sure, we don’t mind if you ask! View our Buy Back Policy.

Do I drop it off or will you pick it up?

We prefer you bring your collection to us. Our store is conveniently located at 5221 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221, just off the 290 Main Street Exit.

Depending on your location or for a larger inventory of goods, please contact Hi-Fi Hits to schedule an appointment and we will pick it up.

Do we pay cash?

You have the option to choose between cash or store credit. Please note that we usually give a little more for store credit.
