Return & Refund Policy

Hi-Fi Hits CANNOT give cash or credit card refunds.

A receipt must accompany all exchanges.

Exchanges must be made within 8 days of purchase date.

Open merchandise is non-returnable unless item is a manufactured defect. The defective item will be exchanged for the same item. If the item is not in stock, a due bill will be issued for STORE CREDIT.

All vinyl and final accessories are final sale only.

Please note, if an item is purchased online then returned, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Hi-Fi Hits is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is available for an additional $5 on all items.

Hi-Fi Hits is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items. A refund will only be applied for the amount paid for the merchandise.
