New Toys were a Buffalo, N.Y. four piece that formed in 1979, originally as The Toys. They released one single as The Toys in 1980. In 1982 the band changed their name to New Toys, released this LP, and relocated to Staten Island. They continued as New Toys for a couple more years, before disbanding sometime around 1984.
